02 / Who you talk to

Who will I talk to if I hire you?

You talk to me, Sachin Sharma, a software developer in India. There is no agency layer between you and the person who writes the code. I build mobile apps, web products, AI and LLM tools and desktop software, in whatever technology fits. I studied B.Tech in CST at MAIT Delhi.

For: founders, small teams and shop owners who want software built. Facts checked 19 October 2026.

0agency layers between you and me
  1. 01

    Software developer

The code that ships, tested and handed over clean. Mobile, web, AI and desktop, in whatever technology fits the job.

  2. 02

    System designer

Flows, data and boundaries drawn before the first line is written, so cost and scope stay honest.

  3. 03

    Solution architect

The stack and the shape that fit your business, not the trend of the month.

  4. 04

    Forward deployed engineer

Embedded with your team, making it work in your real world and not only in a demo.

Read next: what I build or when I am not the right developer.

03 / What I build

What kind of software can you build for me?

I build four kinds of software: mobile apps for Android and iPhone, web apps and MVPs, AI and LLM products, and desktop tools. I use whatever technology fits. If your idea sits between two, message me and I will say which to start with.

For: anyone choosing what to build first. Checked 19 October 2026.

01

Mobile apps

One codebase that runs on both phones, or a native app for each. I pick what fits your app and tell you why.

  • Flutter
  • React Native
  • Kotlin
  • Swift
  • SwiftUI
  • Jetpack Compose
02

Web apps and MVPs

A web product that loads fast on a phone and can be found on Google.

  • React
  • Next.js
  • Vue
  • Node.js
  • TypeScript
  • Python
03

AI and LLM products

I add AI where it turns a long document, a call or a transcript into a first draft that a person then checks.

  • LLMs
  • GPT and Claude APIs
  • RAG
  • AI agents
  • Embeddings
  • Vector databases
04

Desktop tools

Small tools for Mac and Windows with no account and no data leaving the computer.

04 / Work

Can I see work you have really built?

Yes. Point at any of the 13 projects below to see what it does and what it is built with. The code for five is on GitHub, and two more have public showcase pages. Client and college work is listed below the projects.

For: people who want proof before they message. Details checked against each project's README.

Loopin app screens: daily habits, stats and a head-to-head rivals view

A habit tracker that turns daily habits into a game, and keeps your data on your phone.

  • Flutter
  • Hive
  • Google Drive
  • Private
  • Offline first: it works with no signal.
  • Syncs to your own Google Drive.
  • Uses Hive for local storage.

Mobile

The source for this one is private. Ask me and I will explain how it is built.

Client and college work

These belong to the people they were built for, so they have no screenshots or pages. What each one is, and what stage it is at, is all I can say.

  1. 01

    Ralas One

    Client

A multi-brand two-wheeler dealership management platform: OTP login, an owner panel (outlets, pricing, accessories, stock, schemes, financiers, team, audit) and a sales pipeline from enquiry to quotation.

My largest build. Owner panel and login are database-backed; the other department panels are being wired in order.

  2. 02

    Ralas Group website

    Client

The website of a diversified business group headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, covering real estate, automobile retail, electric mobility and more.

Live. The link will change, so it is not published here.

  3. 03

    Ather dealership website, Raipur

    Client

The website of Ralas AutoCorp, an authorized Ather dealership in Raipur: the scooter range, test-ride booking, finance options and dealership contact.

    Live. Visit

  4. 04

    Project Rho

    Client

An agentic investing environment built for India: eleven specialist agents and a master orchestrator research and stage orders for NSE and BSE, and the user's tap is the final say.

Live. Scope of my part to be confirmed. Visit

  5. 05

    MediChain: patient app

    Academic

The patient side of a health-memory and drug-safety platform: a health passport, a timeline, family profiles and time-limited access for a doctor through a QR code or a six-digit code.

College minor project (MAIT, 2026-27), built in a team of three. Android prototype running on mock records.

  6. 06

    MediChain: doctor app

    Academic

The doctor side of the same platform: verify a patient's consent code, see the risks first, record the consultation and check every medicine with Drug Guard before signing.

College minor project (MAIT, 2026-27), built in a team of three. Doctor workflow is in progress.

05 / Quote check

What does a fair quote look like?

A fair quote is specific. It has a written scope, a named person you can call, a price tied to steps, code and accounts in your name, a working build every week, and a list of what is left out. Use this with any developer, including me.

For: anyone holding a quote. For a longer read, see the hiring guide on bestdev.in.

  • The scope is written, with screens and features listed. Without a list, every change becomes an argument about what was promised.
  • There is a named person I can call. If the only contact is a sales desk, you cannot reach the person doing the work.
  • The price is tied to steps, not one big payment. Paying in steps means you can stop if the work is not good.
  • The code and accounts will be in my name. If they are not, you may have to pay again to get your own product back.
  • I will see a working build every week. A weekly build shows real progress. Reports and slides do not.
  • It says what is not included. A clear list of what is left out stops a surprise bill later.

Questions to ask before you sign

  • 01

Who exactly will write my code?

  • 02

Can I see the code and a working build from week one?

  • 03

What happens to the code and accounts if we stop midway?

  • 04

Which of these features can wait for version two?

  • 05

What does a change request cost, and who decides it is one?

  • 06

What is not covered after launch?

I also build software, so I could gain if you hire me. These questions work with any developer.

06 / Guides

Long answers, with tools you can change.

These are the questions buyers ask before they hire: what an app costs, how to hire for a job, how two options compare. Each page opens with a short answer, then goes deeper, and has a calculator, a checklist or a picker you can change.

For: people who want the working, not only the answer. Written by me, checked against my own projects.

  2. 02Case studiesOne project told chapter by chapter. 3 pages
  3. 03ServicesWhat you get, what you do not, and how the work runs. 4 pages

07 / Honest limits

When am I not the right developer for you?

I am not the right fit if you want a price before you share the idea, if you want a copy of someone else's product, or if you want software that gives legal, medical or investment advice with nobody checking. I say so early, and point you elsewhere if I can.

For: anyone who wants to know before they message. Saying no early saves us both time.

You want a price before you share the idea.

Why. A fair price needs a scope, and a scope needs the idea. A number without it is a guess.

What to do instead. Write one page: who it is for, what must work on day one. Then ask anyone for a quote.

You want a copy of another company's product.

Why. I will not copy another company's name, design or code.

What to do instead. Tell me what you would do differently. That is usually the real product.

You want software that gives legal, medical or investment advice with nobody checking.

Why. Software can help a professional work faster. It should not replace the professional's check.

What to do instead. Keep a qualified person in the loop. I can build the tool around them.

Not sure if your idea has one of these problems? Tell me the plan in two lines on WhatsApp. I will say yes or no, and what to change if it is a no.

Tell me your plan

08 / Questions

The questions people ask before they message.

These are the questions that come up most before a first message: who you talk to, which technology I use, what it costs, who owns the code, and how to reach me. If yours is not here, ask it on WhatsApp.

For: first-time buyers. Answers checked 19 October 2026.

You talk to me directly. There is no agency layer, no account manager and no sales desk. I read your message, I write the scope and I build the product. If something goes wrong, you do not have to chase anyone.

The one that fits your product, your budget and the people who will maintain it. I can work in any technology: AI and LLMs, Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift and more. I explain the choice before we start.

Yes. I can build one codebase that runs on both, or a native app for each. I pick what suits your app and tell you why. Loopin, Aashwasan and Wally run on both. If a feature needs the phone's own system, as in One Tap Recorder, I write native Android code and say so early.

Send one line: what you want to build, who will use it, and what must work on day one. A rough budget and date help too. If the idea is still unclear, send what you have. I will ask the questions that make it clear.

I do not publish fixed prices. Cost depends on three things: the number of screens, the integrations such as payments or maps, and how much must work offline. I give you the price in writing after you describe the idea.

That is agreed in writing before work starts. My plan is that the code, the accounts and the notes are yours at handover. Whoever you hire, ask for it in the scope.

Yes. DevDex, Sameframe, FlashDrop, MojoCinema and One Tap Recorder have code on GitHub. MojoPlay and Daily have public showcase pages, but their source code is closed. Most client work is private.

Yes, when the AI saves a person time. Legease and EHR Copilot turn a long document or a session transcript into a first draft. A person should check the result before it is used.
